How do I submit my registration form and payment?Submit your form by email, fax or post. Follow instructions on form.
May I register at the conference?Yes. The registration desk is open 8-5 Wednesday and Thursday.
May I bring a spouse or guest?Yes, guest are welcome to enjoy the exhibits but are prohibited from attending any professional sessions. You are welcome to bring guests to Wednesday's reception and dinner for a $100 fee p/p. Please register them ahead on our registration form. There is no guest tour this year.
May I bring a child (children)?Yes. FSANA Youth members and students may participate in limited programing. Details in the registration program.
Will my registration fee be refunded if I cancel?Yes, cancel before
July 9, 2023, to receive a full refund.
Cancel
July 10-August 5 to receive registration fee less $100.
Cancel after
August 5 no refunds will be given.

Do I have to preregister for a session?No. Sit in on the sessions of your choice.

What are the exhibit hall hours?Tuesday: Set up til 5. Exhibit hall open til 9:00 pm during reception.
Wednesday: Exhibit Hall open 9-6
Thursday: Exhibit Hall open 9-6
Friday: Exhibit Hall open 9-1. (Exhibitors: Teardown is 1 to 5.)
Busy times will be during the professional session breaks at 10:45 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and 2:45 on Wednesday and Thursday.

Where is the 2023 conference being held?Rosen Plaza Hotel.
Is there housing available onsite?Yes. Reserve early.
Is there a special room rate for conference attendees?Yes. When you book your room at the Rosen Plaza use group name: 14th Annual Flight School Conference / group code: 71203. Rate effective through February 6, 2023, bookings.

Is financial assistance available toward conference registration?Yes. Call us, 610-791-4359. Assistance will not include transportation or lodging expenses
